ebay for parts then u build it yourself. or also craigslist
craiglist is a local classifieds page where people will post what they have for sale or what they want and then you email and meet up in person to make a trade. if you want the webiste for sudbury here it is http://sudbury.en.craigslist.ca/
there are all kinds of people selling different stuff, just go to the computers section and see what you find. if you check this site daily you can find some really good deals.
im in montreal so i use the Montreal site.

Throw everything else away Newegg Canada coming soooooooooooooon http://www.newegg.ca/
the problem with Craigslist and e-bay is even if you buy a boxed product, the warrenty does not transfer, and manufacturers do not consider them valid retailers, and most of the time will not do any warrenty with that product.
NCIX is good, www.microbytes.com or www.frostys.qc.ca/

I am frugal shopper. Before building my new rig this weekend I priced out my specs at Tigerdirect, CanadaComputers, NCIX, newegg.ca (after the fact) and my local favorite, bestbyte.
Tigerdirect and NCIX were routinely the most expensive. Canadacomputers and newegg were easily the cheapest.
In the end I went with bestbyte as I like supporting local shops, and they will be much easier to deal with for any warranty issues etc.
